  • 6-8" cakes can be prepared ideally in 30 mins, but sometimes there could be a backlog of existing orders. If you come to the store and the chef is available we might give it to you on the same day.

  • Yes! We offer customization options for flavors, fillings, sizes, and decorations.

  • Yes you can upload on the product page using the Upload file option. Additionally you can send us a reference images or describe your custom design ideas and email on supremecakesltd@gmail.com

  • Our cakes are 100% vegetarian and eggless. We do not offer vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free cakes as of now.

  • Yes, you can add a short message on the product page or when you check out in the Instructions Box, which will be written in icing or on a topper.

  • 7th Heaven accepts credit/debit cards, Apple Pay / Amazon Pay wallets.

  • No, we do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Yes, we offer scheduled deliveries, but availability may vary. You can check the time slots available while placing your order.

  • We will try to get in touch with you first, if not then the delivery person may leave the cake with a neighbor or reschedule (extra charges may apply).

  • Yes, we offer same-day delivery and express delivery as we have a live kitchen and all the products are made in-house and fresh daily.

  • Yes, we encourage in-store pickups.

  • You can input your postcode in our postcode finder and check for the same.

  • If someone else is collecting your order for you, they will need your order confirmation email to be shown as an ID.

  • You need to provide a proof of damage by providing an unedited unboxing video and the video needs to be shared with us within 30mins of delivery on WhatsApp or on Email.

Storage & Care

  • All cakes should be refrigerated.

  • All cakes & desserts are meant for immediate consumption basis only unless a date is mentioned on the packaged products.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If your order is already processed, it cannot be modified. We allow changes only within the next 10 mins after placing the order for express or same day delivery. For orders scheduled at a later date, please call us on +44 01613861661, ONE day prior to inform the store manager of the same & check if your request can be accommodated.

  • If your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds, but we offer in-store credits with 3 months validity.

  • Special packaging can be arranged depending on the availability.
